About Me

I am a bilingual Latina therapist that’s passionate about social justice, mental health, and animal welfare. I understand the importance that culture plays in a client’s life. My goal in therapy is to help my client’s feel safe, understood, and validated. I offer a compassionate, and supportive space for women, men, children and families from all paths of life. In short, everyone is welcomed here.

My experience includes working with clients dealing with severe mental illness, depression, anxiety, domestic violence and substance abuse. In a mindful, caring and supportive space, I challenge my clients to work towards achieving their goals and aspirations.
